If you are using the online channel:

1. Register in online channel ; get your username and password
2. Login to the system using the user name and password.
3. Fill out the medical report application and submit it.
4. Wait for initial appoval  notification  to pay the fees through the portal
5. The application gets forwarded to the concerned departments for the completion of medical report.
6. Once it is completed, the report will be transferred to the patient via email

If you are requesting the report via hospitals :

1. Proceed to the services counters and apply for a medical report.
2. Pay the fees for issuing a medical report and receive the payment receipt.
3. The application will be forwarded to the concerned departments and units for the completion of medical report.
4. Once the report is completed, the patient will be contacted to receive it or it will be forwarded via e-mail.
5. Receiving the medical report.
